By installing or using Snapmarks ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Snapmarks is a browser extension that replaces your new tab page with a visual bookmark manager. All data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. No account is required.

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your bookmark data. We do not claim any rights to your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Extension

5. Limitation of Liability

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

6. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Extension at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snapmarks operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
